Welcome to the Neighborworks certified Homebuyer Education program,       "Realizing The American Dream". This program is your official source for homebuyer education online.

Upon completion of this online program, you will:
  • Print an official Certificate of Homebuyer Education Completion to present to your lender
  • Become educated about the homebuying process and homeownership responsibilities
This program is designed for people that:
  • Are obtaining a USDA home loan
  • Have been asked by their lender to take a homebuyer education course
  • Are working with a local housing counselor
  • Want to be better prepared to purchase their home
