Fairfield Metropolitan Housing Authority is a Public Housing Authority. The Housing Authority opened in 1980. We started to provide Housing Counseling services full time in 2009. Prior to 2009, FMHA only offered pre-purchase and post-purchase education and support to clients of the Housing Choice Voucher and Public Housing Programs. FMHA became a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency in 2010. We offer pre-purchase, post-purchase, credit counseling and financial literacy education, foreclosure and default counseling to anyone in the State of Ohio.
