NeighborWorks® HomeOwnership Center Stockton Region, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization was created in 1987 to revitalize the community. Our mission is "Providing opportunities for successful homeownership and strong communities through quality education, affordable lending, supportive partnerships and dedicated leadership." We use programs and revitalization strategies that will effectively increase and preserve homeownership, improve the condition, health and safety of existing homes, develop quality affordable housing, and empower residents through education and collaboration.
eHome America provides a comprehensive online workshop, preparing potential homebuyers to purchase a home. While this is a comprehensive workshop, some programs require customers to attend a face to face homebuyer class. It is very important that your lender check program guidelines to ensure that eHome Amreica is acceptable for the program you are using, before you take eHome America. Below is a list of programs that do accept eHome America. If you are using one of the programs below you can sign up for eHome America and receive your certificate. Please know that this list isn't comprehensive, please contact your lender to ensure program guidelines allow for eHome America.
