Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust

Our mission, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is to provide permanent, supportive housing by partnering with low-income families in homeownership in our community. While our core mission is affordable homeownership, we also collaborate with other non-profit organizations to address housing needs across the community, such as transitional housing and affordable rentals. We are also the only local HUD-approved Housing Counseling agency providing support such as budget counseling, fair housing support, pre-purchase education, and foreclosure intervention.

If you have a co-borrower who will need a completion certificate, they will also need to register at www.ehomeamerica.org/rmclt and take the course as well before a wrap up meeting can be set up.
