Established in 1991, CommunityWorks in West Virginia (CWWV) is a Community Development Financial Institution that provides lending and counseling services for West Virginia residents statewide. CWWV provides Financial Capability Education, Pre-Purchase Housing Education, Post-Purchase Housing Education, Homeownership Counseling, Rental Counseling, and Foreclosure Intervention and Default Counseling. CWWV also provides Home Purchase, Down Payment Assistance, Rehabilitation, and Credit Repair Lending. CWWV is a non-profit 501c3 organization.
