Albany County Rural Housing Alliance, Inc. (ACRHA) is a not for profit, HUD approved housing counseling agency incorporated in 1982. In addition to this online class, ACRHA provides face to face counseling for pre-purchase, foreclosure intervention, reverse mortgage, or post purchase topics. Some grants for first time home buyers or home repairs for current homeowners may be available.
