Belmont Housing Resources for WNY, Inc., is a full-service one-stop housing agency serving well over 15,000 families annually. Belmont's services include: Housing Choice Voucher administration, housing development, restoration, property management, and housing counseling and financial education. HUD certified since 1999, Belmont is the Buffalo/Niagara region's largest local HUD Housing and Financial Counseling agency.

Belmont's counseling staff advise over 2,000 low-to-moderate income households annually on finding affordable rental opportunities, buying a home, building financial capabilities, foreclosure prevention, reverse mortgage, home maintenance, energy efficiency and green and healthy behaviors. Belmont believes that quality, affordable housing is the foundation upon which our lives are built.
