CCCS of Chattanooga & the Tennessee River Valley (formerly Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults) is a non profit Credit Counseling Service that also provides housing counseling. We are HUD certified and our counselors hold both NeighborWorks and National Foundation for Credit Counseling housing certification. We provide pre and post purchase, HECM, and loss mitigation counseling services.
