All Borrowers on the loan (Borrower and co-borrower if applicable) will need to register and pay the course fee separately.
Only the borrower and/or co-borrower must complete the registration and the online course.
After completing the online course, a telephone counseling is required with the pre-selected counseling agency to obtain your certificate.

Information about the eHome America course.

A) The EHOME ONLINE session can take from 3-8hrs, depending on knowledge, and available time.
B) Following the completion of this session, you will be directed to contact CHAC at 303-572-9445 to schedule a 30 minute phone session.
Please allow time before a closing to schedule this phone session.
C) Please confirm with your lender that the EHOME online course is acceptable for your loan and any assistance program.
