One of the ways we do this is by assisting first-time homebuyers in the purchase of possibly the biggest asset they will ever attain, their home.
Once you have completed this course you must complete an intake form at http://www.chdcnr.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/2017-HB-Intake-form.pdf and as soon as we receive it, we will schedule a counseling session with one of our HUD certified counselors.You can also download below by clicking on the link.
To receive your certificate and find out if you are eligible for available down payment assistance programs, HUD requires a counseling session that can be conducted in person or by telephone, whichever is more convenient for you. The counseling session is scheduled after you submit the intake forms and required documentation.
