Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) is a community development corporation committed to building strong, healthy communities as a lead advocate, coalition builder and direct service provider. CPLC promotes positive change and self-sufficiency to enhance the quality of life of those we serve. Established in 1967, Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is the largest Community Development Corporation (CDC) in the State of Arizona and among the largest in the nation, and has 501c3 status. CPLC is focused and committed to the following four key lines of business:
