All Borrowers on the loan (Borrower and co-borrower if applicable) will need to register and pay the course fee separately.
Only the borrower and/or co-borrower must complete the registration and the online course.
After completing the online course, a telephone counseling is required with the pre-selected counseling agency to obtain your certificate.
