Epic Community Development Corporation (EPIC CDC) is a faith-based nonprofit community service organization since 2001. As a Hud-approved housing education and counseling agency, we offer a full range of services designed to improve the lives of individuals and families in English and Spanish. Epic CDC courses include: Homebuyer Education, Money Management, Post Purchase and Foreclosure Prevention.
Epic CDC recommends all clients take full advantage of our free, confidential counseling services after you have completed these online courses. Your counselor will analyze your financial well-being to include credit and budget analysis, calculate housing affordability based on your income and expenses and create a customized action plan to serve as your step by step guide to assist you with your homebuying process.
Client Benefits: Improved financial management skills and credit scores and Increased eligibility for new homebuyers down payment assistance. After receiving education and counseling, industry research shows new homebuyers may reduce their debt up to $11,300.
PLEASE NOTE: Upon completion of the course, you will be required to contact Epic CDC to schedule an appointment to receive your course certificate.
