PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to contact Frameworks CDC to complete a pre-purchase counseling session with a counselor in order to receive your certificate of completion. Most appointments are scheduled 7-10 days in advance. Frameworks CDC will contact you to schedule a phone or face-to-face housing counseling session. Frameworks CDC serves the following counties: Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, Travis, Williamson.

The mission of Frameworks CDC is:
To expand opportunities for low-to-moderate income families in the greater Central Texas area to obtain affordable housing, to combat deterioration of the community and contribute to its physical and economic improvement by: Constructing, rehabilitating, preserving and providing decent, safe, and sanitary housing for these families, and by providing Home Purchasing Education and Counseling including Pre-Purchase, Post-Purchase and Foreclosure Prevention; Financial Literacy; and Credit Education.
