The mission of Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH) is to enhance the overall image and economic vitality of Rock Island and distressed communities.

GROWTH works to assist households with housing counseling, homeownership preparation and foreclosure intervention, while encouraging and promoting homeownership.

In addition, GROWTH helps generate new and additional tax revenues for such communities by promoting, encouraging and assisting in the growth and development of existing commercial and industrial businesses.
