Housing Action Council (HAC) is a HUD-certified nonprofit housing organization providing homebuyer education, one-on-one counseling, and housing support services that help families prepare for and sustain successful homeownership. HAC is also an approved agency within the New York State Housing Finance Agency Homeownership Counseling Network, a statewide group of certified providers helping residents become financially and practically ready to buy and keep a home.
