Incorporated in 1974, the Housing Action Council is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to expanding and preserving housing opportunities for low and moderate income households primarily in New York's Hudson Valley. It also develops affordable housing and provides comprehensive home ownership, foreclosure intervention counseling.
