HANDS of Central Florida, Inc. has been serving Central Florida (Orange, Lake, Osceola and Seminole Counties) as a HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Agency since 1995. HANDS was created as a low-income housing developer in 1989 and quickly learned that the bridge to homeownership from rental,was education and private counseling. HANDS holds (36) Sat 8-hour homebuyer seminars annually for over 2400 individuals,and believes that an online education would be convenient for some of our buyers. Central Florida is largely tourism industry with maintenance workers,and maids, and themes park workers. These individuals work weekends and HANDS is trying to make education more accessible to our industry at large and specially Millenials. eHome certification will augment our current education program.
