We are dedicated to the enrichment of lifestyles within the community by providing educational, financial, housing, cultural and social services programs. • Upon completion of this online education course, you will be able to generate your Initial Certificate of Completion (education only).
• Upon completion of this course, you will be able to schedule your New Intake Consultation and your one-on-one Counseling Session.
• Program fees are non-refundable/non-transferrable.

HOME BUYING ASSISTANCE: Pre-registration with our office is required for the eHome America Homebuyer Education course if you have already signed a Sales Agreement &/or your Mortgage Settlement is scheduled to take place within the next 45 days. Some down payment &/or closing assistance programs may require you to schedule a counseling session with our Financial Empowerment & Homeownership Coach prior to approving your loan. This is in addition to this education course. Appointments are scheduled on a first come/ first serve basis. For more details, please call our office prior to registration.

FORECLOSURE PREVENTION: Pre-registration with our office is required for the eHome America Foreclosure Education course if you have a Delaware Foreclosure Mediation Hearing scheduled to take place within the next 45 days. This course must be completed prior to scheduling a counseling session with our Financial Empowerment & Homeownership Coach. Appointments are scheduled on a first come/ first serve basis. MONEY MANAGEMENT: Pre-registration with our office is not required for the eHome America Money Management Education course. Once you have completed the program, give our office a call to schedule your counseling session with our Financial Empowerment & Homeownership Coach.
