Milt has more than 20 years of experience as a neighborhood revitalization professional, and he previously served as senior homeownership specialist with NeighborWorks America in Washington D.C. Milt started working for Community Ventures in 2014, and since then, he has helped establish eHome America as the premier online homebuyer education course in the United States.

Prior to joining our eHome team, Brenda was in executive management with Kentucky Housing Corporation and served as regional director of Fannie Mae, covering Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Ohio. As Vice President of Business Development at eHome America, Brenda brings years of experience and expertise in affordable housing and real estate finance to the team, as well as extensive national relationships. Brenda has written and taught courses on home buyer education, real estate finance, and has conducted financial counseling for individuals. In her free time, Brenda enjoys spending time with family.

Though he doesn’t work directly with clients, seeing people’s lives change for the better gives him great fulfillment. Off duty, Mike makes it a habit to take an evening stroll with his wife and dogs whenever the weather permits.

Jennifer comes to eHome America with 15+ years of customer service experience and 1 year of tech support service. While working as an Account Manager for Precision Staffing, she attained a gainful education in troubleshooting and customer assistance. For Jennifer, eHome brings a great work/life balance while fitting her with a team of amazing people all striving for the same purpose. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys being around family and having fun with her children.

The joy he gets from helping others and his love of all things technical and computer related drives him to excel in his role. When he finds spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and writing everything from song lyrics to children’s books.
