Menard County Housing Authority is a HUD Certified counseling agency that offers home buyer education, pre-purchase counseling, mortgage delinquency prevention, loss mitigation, post-purchase counseling, financial management & budgeting, mobility & relocation assistance, renter assistance/section-8 & public housing, fair housing assistance and property maintenance education.

NOTE: You will be required to contact Menard CHA to schedule a phone or face to face one-on-one counseling session in order to receive your certificate of completion.
