(NHN) is a non-profit, HUD-approved housing counseling agency serving New York City and surrounding areas since 1990.  Our experienced counselors are committed to providing timely, high-quality service in educating and counseling first-time homebuyers.  In addition to the eHome America course, NHN provides first-time homebuyers with personalized financial coaching, help finding a great mortgage, and access to downpayment and closing cost assistance.
