We are a non-profit, HUD certified counseling agency. The North Country Housing Council ,Inc is a chartered member of Neighborworks America.
We offer in house homebuyer education and grants, owner occupied grants, HUD certified budget counseling, foreclosure prevention counseling and manage a tax credit property.
