People's Organization for Strategic Excellence (POSE CDC) is a non-profit community development organization that is dedicated to providing single-family and multi-family housing for low to moderate income families, the homeless, the elderly, and the handicapped as well as Veterans in both Rural and Urban areas. We seek to create safe neighborhoods by partnering with individuals and organizations to provide housing education and employment opportunities for families of modest and low income to become self-sufficient and improve their quality of life.

We shall serve our clients and all citizens with the highest level of professionalism, compassion and respect.

Upon conclusion of this course, your one-on-one counseling session with a housing counselor will be conducted. Following this, you will be presented with your Homebuyer Education certificate.
