Project Sentinel is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency approved by HUD to provide housing counseling since 1998. Housing Counseling programs offered include Home Buyer Education, Pre-purchase Counseling, Post Purchase Education, Foreclosure Prevention Counseling, Financial Capability Counseling, and Education and Reverse Mortgage Counseling. Our Mission is “To develop and promote fairness and equality of housing for all persons and to advocate peaceful resolution of disputes for community welfare and harmony,” with specific focus on ensuring that low to moderate income households have access to secure, affordable homeownership opportunities and the financial ability to preserve those opportunities for homeownership, once obtained.
