Information about this Agency:

Putnam County Housing Corporation (PCHC) was established in 1982 as an independent, not-for-profit organization, whose mission is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing for every county resident.

PCHC is a Rural Preservation Company funded by the State of New York administering the Housing Choice Voucher Program and is a HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agency.

PCHC owns and manages 120 units of Senior Housing and 12 units of Transitional and Permanent Housing.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to contact PCHC to schedule a one-on-one counseling session to receive your certificate of completion.  Counseling sessions at this time will be conducted remotely by Phone or Zoom.
