NID Housing Counseling Agency New Orleans provides first time home buying counseling including Pre-Purchase Counseling and Education, Educational Workshops: First-Time Homebuyers, Money Smart: NID-HCA provides a monthly 2-hour financial literacy workshop, Home Equity Conversion Mortgage Counseling and Education, Resolving or Preventing of Mortgage Delinquency Counseling and Education, Rental Counseling and Education, Home Improvement and Rehabilitation, Displacement and Relocation Counseling and Education.
Neighborhood Housing Services of New Orleans, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides: Pre-purchase counseling, financial coaching and credit counseling. We also provide Financial Literacy and Homebuyers' Training courses. NHS offers certified home inspections, construction management as well as development, and we provide affordable housing to low to moderate income persons.
