Purpose. This Website serves as an education platform and reference guide for homebuyers. Homebuyers are able to take homebuyer education courses through the Website and obtain certificates of completion for completed courses (the “eHome America Services”).

This Privacy Policy tells you about our information gathering, use, and disclosure practices and applies to information gathered through your use of this Website and your electronic communications through this Website.

Transactions. If you provide Personal Information to us in connection with taking courses available on the Website or engaging in another kind of transaction, eHome America or its partners or affiliates may use your information to process the transaction and communicate with you and your requirements to complete the eHome America online homebuyer certification program. eHome America or its partners or affiliates may use your personal information to communicate with your lender or other necessary parties regarding your online homebuyer education course completion and your use of the eHome America Services.
Marketing. We may use your Personal Information and/or Non-personal Information to offer, market and advertise to you via the Website and/or through email or U.S. mail. We may communicate with you about eHome America’s services or third party services that may interest you. We may use Non-personal Information to conduct market research and analysis for ourselves. eHome America does not place any restrictions on the use of Non-personal Information.

Online User Account. To access the Website and/or use eHome America’s Services, you must create an online user account. All Users will be given separate login identifications. Termination. Effect of Termination. Injunctive Relief; Remedies.

Cumulative Remedies. All rights and remedies granted to eHome America under this Agreement are cumulative and not alternative, and are in addition to all other rights and remedies available to eHome America at law or in equity.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction; Limit on Commencing Actions.

Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Site.
Limitation on Actions. You must commence any cause of action or claim against eHome America within one (1) year after the cause of action or claim arises, otherwise You agree that Your cause of action or claim shall be barred.
