The mission of the Wyoming Housing Network is to build healthy, self-reliant families and stable communities. We accomplish our mission through the delivery of financial strengthening services and by working with community partners to create and preserve affordable priced housing.
Upon conclusion of this course, all WCDA loan applicants will be required to complete a one hour one-on-one counseling session with Wyoming Housing Network staff. The one-on-one is required for all WCDA loans because WCDA wants to ensure that you are a well prepared homebuyer. The program is designed to be completed early in the home purchase process to provide you with the tools you need to successfully navigate the homebuyer experience, make the best financial decisions for your household, avoid pitfalls, and make the buying process as smooth as possible.
