Your Certificate *** You will not be able to print your First Time Home Buyer Certificate. Your certificate will be released once you have completed your one-on-one session. Course fee is non-refundable Steps to obtain your First Time Home Buyer certificate • Complete online course • Contact YWCA to schedule your one-on-one session • Receive and complete our intake packet and submit all necessary loan and financial documents After completion of this course you will need to schedule your housing counseling session with a YWCA housing counselor. Be advised New Castle County Down Payment Settlement Funds (NCC DPS) need to be submitted 15 days prior to closing (Please allow sufficient time before your counseling session)
