In Affordable Housing
In Affordable Housing, a private 501 (c) 3 nonprofit based in Little Rock, Arkansas, and since 1994, we have been committed to making the dreams of long term economic stability for families and individuals become a reality. If you are dreaming of owning a home, finding affordable home ownership opportunities, understanding or enrolling in the new healthcare law, or strengthening your financial skills, we can assist you in meeting those goals.
Our years of working with first-time home buyers, developing and selling homes, creating buying incentives and understanding the trends that affect home buyers, puts us in a solid position to better service you. As a HUD - certified counseling agency, we can assist you with all in the ins and outs of a home purchase such as credit and budget counseling, down payment assistance programs and selecting mortgages that best suit your needs and help you develop a home buying team.
We also build new homes and offer financial assistance to qualified buyers. Currently, we are pleased to announce that we are pre-selling 15 new homes in two Little Rock neighborhoods for first-time home buyers. Eligible buyers can receive up to $25,000 in assistance towards their purchase. We also offer foreclosure counseling at no charge that may help you keep your home.
In Affordable Housing is working directly with the public, business and our clients to assist in efforts with the new Healthcare Marketplace. We support by the new law by enrolling interested participants in the market place, providing detailed information about the legislation and plan selection, present seminars churches, places of business and elsewhere and highlighting program features.
