My Way Home is your one-stop resource for support throughout the homebuying journey. From education services like workshops and counseling to lending support and down payment assistance, we’re here to guide homebuyers every step of the way.
Completion of this course entitles you to one hour of Homebuyer Counseling at no additional expense.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are taking this course to meet a requirement for your mortgage loan and/or down payment assistance, please confirm with your loan officer or assistance provider that an online homebuyer education course is acceptable for the program you are applying for.
If you require a HUD-approved certificate, you must complete a one-on-one pre-purchase counseling session with a My Way Home Homeownership Specialist after finishing the online course. This appointment can be conducted in person or over the phone.
